Overview:
We are seeking a Line Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance and possess technical expertise in maintaining and repairing various equipment.

 

Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.

• Identify and fix mechanical issues promptly to prevent production delays.

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

• Read and interpret equipment manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate repairs.

• Conduct high voltage testing and repairs

• Complete required paperwork and documentation.

• Analyze the product of the run on the production lines. Analyze and help determine the root cause of quality problems in the production line.

 

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and components.

• Proficiency with tools and diagnostic equipment.

• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.

• Experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is often required.
